甘露聚糖是豆粕等原料的主要抗营养因子,能显著影响营养物质的消化吸收,造成动物的生产性能降低,而β-甘露聚糖酶作为饲料工业使用广泛的新型非淀粉多糖酶制剂,可以水解日粮中的甘露聚糖,降低食糜黏度,提升日粮营养物质的消化率;其重要的水解产物——甘露寡糖是有效的肠道益生菌增殖因子,能够改善肠道健康,β-甘露聚糖酶已经广泛运用在畜禽日粮当中,能显著提升生产成绩。
Mannan is the main anti-nutritional factors in the soybean meal, mannan could obviously effect the digestion and absorption of nutrients, and reduce the production performance of anireals. β-mannanase can alleviate the anti-nutritional function, and improve the digestibility of nutrients.
