深圳市高新技术企业认定政策的变迁探析

A research on the Changes of the Policies about the recognition of high-tech enterprises of Shenzhen

深圳市作为国家改革开放的成功典范,在技术创新方面一直走在全国前列。在深圳特区成立的三十多年里,历届特区政府都非常重视发展高新技术产业,并制定了一系列的高新技术企业认定办法,以鼓励、支持和引导深圳市高新技术产业的发展。本文通过系统梳理深圳市历年的高新技术企业认定政策,使我们对深圳市的高新技术企业认定政策的发展脉络有了清晰的认识,并为未来的深圳市高新技术企业认定政策的进一步完善提供借鉴。

As a successful example of China＇s reform and opening up,Shenzhen has been playing a leading roal in technological innovation of the country. In the three decades after Shenzhen Special Economic Zone was established, the Shenzhen government has attached great importance to the development of the high-tech industries, and developed a series of policies to encourage, support and guide the development of Shenzhen High-Tech Industry. In this paper,through a systematic and thorough overview of Shenzhen＇s high-tech enterprise recognition policies, we can have a clear understanding of the development of the high-tech enterprise recognition policies in Shenzhen,and provide a reference for the formulation of future high-tech enterprise recognition policies in Shenzhen.
