摘要
创新券是由政府支持中小微企业科技创新的普惠性政策工具,由荷兰首创并在国内外广泛应用。文章主要分析了荷兰、爱尔兰、新加坡、江苏、浙江、广东等国内外实施创新券政策的经验效果,并对我国制定实施科技创新券政策提出了若干建议。
Innovation voucher which is invented of Netherlands is highly applied at home and abroad. This article analyzes the implementation experience and effect of innovation voucher policy, and puts forward some suggestions so as to formulate and implement the innovation voucher policy.
