近年来我国中小企业迅速崛起,中小板上市公司不断壮大,一些上市公司实施了股权激励的措施。文中对我国中小板上市公司实施股权激励的年度、实施进度、股权激励模式、股权激励数占总股数的比例等方面进行了分析并提出相应的建议。

In resent years, the small and medium companies develop very fast, and the small and medium enterprise board listed companies increasingly expand. Some of them put into effect the measure of the motivation of the stock right. This paper analyzes the motivation of the stock right among the small and medium enterprise board listed companies in our country about the frequency,the implement schedule, the pattern and the proportion.Then it gives some suggestions about that topic.
