矿产资源型企业海外投资战略选择的研究综述

Review on the Overseas Investment's Strategic Choice of of Mineral Resource-based Enterprises

矿产资源型企业作为中国对外投资的排头兵,在确保国内资源获取和安全上功勋卓著。随着矿产资源型企业对外投资日益频繁,其对外投资活动成为了研究的焦点。目前在中国矿产资源型企业OFDI的战略选择研究上还缺乏系统的梳理,在目前问题的解决上还有很大的差距。鉴于此,文章从投资策略选择、区位选择和时机选择三个方面考察中国矿产资源型企业的海外投资战略,并针对已有研究进行了述评与展望。

As an important vanguard of China＇s FDI, mineral and resource-based enterprises made a due contribution to ensure domestic resources demand and security. With the increase of mineral and resource-based enterprises＇ foreign investment activities, the research on related FDI has gradually become a hot research topic. However, systematically research on strategic choice of Chinese mineral and resource-based enterprises ＇FDI is still little, also there is a widely gap between the theoretical research and practical need. As such, this article tries to explore the overseas investment strategy of Chinese mineral and resource-based enterprises from investment strategy choice, location choice and opportunity choice, conclusion and prospect about it.
