摘要
本文重点探讨唐人饮食中的蜜和糖是以何种形式存在的以及如何影响到唐人的生活等方面。唐人饮食中最重要的三种甜味食物分别是蜂蜜、蔗糖(乳糖)和饴糖,文章分成三个部分详细探讨了不同形式的糖在典籍中的记载以及在实际社会生活中的应用。
This paper focuses on the discussion of Tang Dynasty in the diet of honey and sugar is in what form and how to affect the people's life.The three sweet food which is the most important in Tang Dynasty are honey,sucrose( sometimes called lactose) and maltose,the article discusses thoroughly the different forms of sugar in books on the history records and its application in the real social life.
