自改革开放以来,我国建筑行业有了很大的发展,这就促使建筑市场的竞争日趋白热化,一部分建筑企业面对成本降低、竞争压力加大的实际情况,为保证经济效益,不顾质量安全,大幅缩减质量管理投入,导致建筑工程质量严重下降。因此必须加强建筑工程施工监理,强化建筑工程施工质量管理。对建筑施工监理过程中的质量控制措施进行分析,介绍强化监理的具体控制方法,强调施工过程中的监管作用。
