2010-2015年牙齿与健康相关SCI论文主题词聚类分析

Cluster analysis on topics of tooth and health related articles published in SCI from 2010 to 2015

摘要 目的检索牙齿与健康相关SCI论文,分析当前该主题的相关研究方向。方法对Web of ScienceTM核心合集数据库中移动医疗相关SCI论文进行文献计量学分析,统计频次>240次的高频主题词在同一文献中的出现频率并生成共现矩阵,使用SPSS对矩阵进行聚类分析,对各类文献内容分析进而获得该主题的研究方向。结果检出2010年1月1日至2015年12月31日的SCI论文3980篇,高频主题词14个,通过聚类分析获得该领域6个主要研究热点。结论近年来,有关牙齿与健康的医学SCI论文主要包括:对牙周病风险的研究;对儿童龋齿的研究;对牙齿患病率的研究;成年人牙齿与健康的关联关系;对牙齿与疾病的研究;对牙齿与生活质量的研究。 Objective To present the hot topics on research by analyzing related literatures. Methods SCI article related to were searched in Web of Science database,the medical subject headings( Me SH) of these article were downloaded. The Me SH terms with appearing frequencies over 240 times were intercepted as high-frequencies descriptors. The frequencies of these descriptors in the same article were calculated to form a word co-occurrence matrix. Clustering was done on the matrix by SPSS software. Results A total of3 980 articles related to tooth health were searched out. Fourteen descriptors appeared over 240 times. Six focal researches were obtained by clustering the 14 high-frequency descriptors. Conclusion The focal researches are mainly focused on the topics like"periodontal-disease of the risk","dental caries","the prevalence of tooth","adult teeth and health association","tooth and disease"and"the teeth and the quality of life".
