摘要
知识型社会是以知识的持续创新为特征的,担负着中国未来历史使命的青少年,培养创新人格是应然之举。因此,应该充分尊重青少年个性发展,构建社会支持系统,发掘和培养青少年个性中的每一种特殊潜质。
A knowledge-type society with the feature of constant knowledge innovation is bound to burden the historic missions to foster teenagers and their innovative character. Therefore, it is necessary to value development of teenagers' personalities, establish social support system, explore and cultivate each specific gift contained in teenagers' personalities.
