摘要 目的探讨视频指导患者首次进行氢呼气试验(hydrogen breath test,HBT)检查的效果。方法将本院首次接受HBT检查的486例患者按诊疗卡或医保卡末位数字分为两组,奇数为实验组,偶数为对照组,实验组患者采用视频进行指导,对照组采用常规口头及书面指导。采用自制调查问卷,比较两组患者HBT相关知识的掌握程度和对指导的满意度。结果实验组患者HBT检查相关知识掌握情况及满意度均优于对照组,两组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论视频指导患者HBT检查,患者易于掌握HBT检查相关知识,确保患者提前做好检查准备,提高患者配合程度和满意度。 Objective To investigate the effect of video-aided instruction on hydrogen breath test (HBT). Methods Totally 486 patients with HBT according to individual number of diagnostic card or medicare card were divided into two groups , those with odd number in the experiment group, those with even number in the control group. The experiment group took HBT under the video-aided instruction and the control group did with conventional guidance in the written and oral forms. A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the mastery of HBT knowledge and the degree of satisfaction. Result The experiment group knew the HBT knowledge significantly better and their satisfaction level was significantly higher than that the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion The video-assisted instruction on HBT can help patients to master the HBT related knowledge , ensure them to be well prepared for the test in advance and improve the patients cooperation as well as their satisfaction degree.
