摘要
随着"工业4.0"、"中国制造2025"这些新战略的提出,越来越多的制药企业开始重视生产自动化和信息化。其核心目的在于降低劳动力成本,提高生产、管理效率。为此,信息的收集、存储、加工、应用是不可缺少的环节。BIM(Building Information Modeling System的简称)的提出正是迎合了这样的需求。分析了BIM的应用现状,探索了BIM在医药行业的应用需求,及我公司在三维可视化、三维协同设计、三维碰撞检测、管线综合和数字化移交方面的应用创新。
With the appearance of concepts of "Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025", automation and information in production have been paid attention by more and more pharmaceutical enterprises. The cores of these concepts are of decreasing production cost, and increasing production and management efficiencies. Thus, the collection, storage, processing and application of information are necessary procedures. The appearance of BIM (Building Information Modeling system) was just to meet these demands. In this paper, the current application of BIM was analyzed, the demands of its application in pharmaceutical industry was discussed, and the creative applications in 3-D visualization, 3-D collaboration design, 3-D collision detection, pipeline integration and digital hand- over were introduced.
