Discussion of Fire-fighting Design for Reform Projects in Petrochemical Enterprises

改造项目消防设计不同于新建项目,有其自身特点。首先要了解项目原有的消防设施和消防能力,在确保满足消防规范的要求下,力求节约投资。文章以5×104 t/a年造纸添加剂改造项目为例,介绍了在消防设计中遇到的一些问题,并给出了解决方案。

Fire-fighting design for reform project, which has own characteristics, is different from that for new project. When it is carried out, the original fire-fighting facility and capacity are needed to check first. Under the premise that all fire-fighting requirements are ensured to meet, the investment then is saved as far as possible. In this article, exampled with reform project for 50000 ton/a additive used in paper industry, some problems encountered in fire-fighting design were introduced, and at the same times the solutions were also presented.
