结合工程实例,针对重要生产工序,制定低成本、低能耗的净化除湿空调系统流程方案;计算车间产湿负荷,确定系统送风、新风等参数;明确转轮除湿设备的选择及系统的检测与控制;详细探讨了如何优化转轮除湿技术在软胶囊制剂净化厂房设计中的应用。
Combined with practical engineering examples and with respect to important production procedures, the process scheme with low cost and low energy consumption for purification and dehumidification air conditioning system was determined, in which moisture resulted in workshop was calculated, the parameters of air inhaling and exhaling of the system were determined, rotary desiccant equipment was selection, and inspection and control of the system were determined. The application of rotary desiccant technology in the design of cleaning plant building for pharmaceutical soft capsule was discussed in detail.
