管道应力计算中ASME B31标准系列的应用及比较

Comparison of Standards in B31 Series and Their Application in Piping Stress Analysis

ASME B31规范系列是石油化工行业中常用的标准系列。文章从许用应力、壁厚计算和应力校核等方面对ASME B31.1、B31.3、B31.4和B31.8进行了比较,针对各个标准适用的不同管道类型,分析了各标准之间的相同点与不同点,重点对不同之处进行了论述,为工程设计的恰当应用提供参考。

The series of ASME B31 is commonly used standards in petrochemical industry. With respects of allowable stress, thickness calculation and stress checking, the comparison of ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.4 and B31.8 was carried out. With respect to different applicable piping for these standards, the similar and dissimilar points among these standards were analyzed. Especially, the dissimilar points were emphatically stated. What presented herein may be used as reference in engineering design.
