摘要
对采用MBR系统进行污水深度处理时发生膜污染的机理、成因及影响进行了资料查阅,研究表明污水中的微粒、微生物、胶体颗粒以及溶质大分子由于与膜存在物理、化学或机械作用而引起在膜表面或膜孔内吸附和沉积造成膜孔径变小或堵塞,使膜的分离特性产生变化,最终造成膜污染。分析影响膜污染的因素后,从膜的材质、膜组件形式、污泥混合液特性、运行条件几个方面出发,通过合理选择、优化设计、完善特性等手段来降低运行中的膜污染速率。
Through data consulting, the mechanism, causes and effects of fouling process in application of MBR system for waste water treatment in extensive degree were studied. It was shown from studying results that in view of physical, chemical or mechanical effects, the micro particles, microorganism, colloidal particles and solute macromolecules may be absorbed or settled on membrane surface and holes so as to make the holes smaller or blocked. If this happens, the separation characteristics of membrane change and the fouling of membrane forms. When the factors influencing fouling process were analyzed, from the respects of membrane material and component type, features of sludge mixture and operating condition, the methods of properly selecting membrane, optimizing design and improving characteristics were used in design to reduce the rate of fouling process in operation.
