基于FPGA的大功率成像组件温度控制系统设计

摘要 图像传感器的噪声大小直接决定了器件能否正常工作及器件的信噪比和动态范围等关键指标,降低图像传感器的工作温度有利于减小暗电流噪声。为了提高成像质量,该文设计了基于FPGA的温度控制系统。该系统以FPGA作控制器,利用TEC热电制冷,采用PT100热电阻进行温度反馈,构成闭环控制,在FPGA中实现了增量式的PID算法。实验结果表明,设计的系统在功耗为60W的情况下,控制精度可达±2℃,能够满足实际需要,具有一定的工程实际应用价值, The noise of the imaging sensor directly determines whether the device can work normally,the SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) and the dynamic working range.Reducing the temperature of the imaging sensor is good for reducing the noise of dark current.In order to improve imaging quality,this paper designs the temperature control system based on FPGA.The system selects the FPGA as controller,adopts the TEC as the actuator,uses the thermal resistance of PT100 as the feedback and realizes the incremental PID algorithm with FPGA.The experimental results indicate that the designed system's control precision is ±2℃ when the power dissipation is 60 W,and it can satisfy the practical requirement and it is of practical value in engineering application.
