Teaching Reform of Oracle Basing on Cultivating Applied Technical Talents

Oracle数据库是计算机软件方向的一门专业核心课程之一。作为一个大型的数据库产品,其实践操作要求高,学习难度大,对教师教学方式方法提出了很高的要求。结合我校培养应用技术型人才的目标,借鉴职教的成功教学模式CBE,提出了任务驱动下＂知识：能力=1：1＂的授课模式。在该模式下,教学分为能力培养的任务规划、任务需求文档撰写、系统设计文档撰写、理论讲解、任务布置及实践指导、教学效果考核共6个模块。实践证明,通过这些教学模式的改革取得了良好的教学效果。

Oracle database is one of the core courses of computer software majors. As a database products, well learning for students is difficult, because of its practical operation requirements, so it arises very high request to the teaching method for teachers. Considering of the goal of cultivated applied technical talents in our school and the successful teaching mode of CBE in Career Technical College, The teaching mode of ＂knowledge：ability =1：1＂ is proposed. According to this teaching mode, the teacher＇s teaching is divided into 6 modules. It＇s the task planning of ability training, writing the task requirements document, writing the system designed document, the theoretical explanation, the task layout and practical guidance, teaching effect evaluation.Carrying those teaching mode has proved that the teaching effect has improved in our school.
