摘要
在海洋平台天然气压缩机设备回流管线上设置调节阀,用于启机和正常运行中流量调节功能。渤海某油田由于此处流程在降压过程中温降较大,导致调节阀冻堵,影响天然气压缩机正常运行。为解决这一难题,在模拟计算的基础上,推荐采用在调节阀前增设限流孔板的方式分担调节阀压降,减少调节阀温降,从而达到避免水合物产生,进一步规避冻堵风险的目的。
On the offshore platform, a control valve is installed on the return line of the natural gas compressor facility, in order to avoid the small flow rate when initiating, and to prevent surge when operating. In an oilfield of Bohai Bay, due to the large temperature drop the process here in decompression process, the control vane is frozen, which affects the normal operation of the natural gas compressor. To solve this problem, on the basis of simulated calculation, the additional ofa restriction orifice before the control valve to share the pressure drop is recommended, which reduces the temperature drop of the control valve, thus avoids the generation of hydrate, furthermore, evades the risk of freeze.
