摘要
阐述气相色谱仪系统主要组成和工作流程,介绍色谱工作原理,以及煤气成分数据对高炉操作的指导意义,着重总结色谱仪使用中出现的故障现象,并提出维护方案及解决方法,对色谱分析仪的应用具有一定指导意义。
In this paper, the main gas chromatograph system composition and working process, introduces the working principle of the chromatography, and the guiding significance of gas composition data of the blast furnace operation, on the chromatograph in the use of fault phenomena, and put forward the maintenance plan and solution, the application of chromatographic analyzer has a certain guiding significance.
