浅谈低放废水处理设施退役的环境影响评价

Preliminary Analysis of the EIA Process for the Low-level Radioactive Liquid Management Facilities During Decommissioning Phase

本文针对我国核设施配套的低放废水处理设施退役阶段环评工作的重点和难点进行了论述,针对该类设施退役过程中的主要环境影响因子及其评价标准,通过工程分析和可能的环境影响后果预测,总结了一套适用于同类工程退役阶段环境影响评价的方法,可以为同类工程提供参考。

The emphases and difficulties existing in environmental impacts assessment of low-level radioactive liquid management facility in cooperation with nuclear facilities during decommissioning stage are dissertated in this paper.According to the main environmental impacts factors and assessment standards,a method available to assess environmental impacts of decommissioning stage is summarized by proj ect analyses and potential environmental impacts prediction and can provide a reference for same kind proj ects.
