摘要
对863计划重点项目研制的两台营养盐分析仪进行了技术性能评价,并对两台仪器检测结果与国标法检测结果进行了一致性评价。结果表明,两台国产仪器的技术性能均能达到长江口示范区的监测要求,检测结果与国标方法具有良好的一致性。
This paper assesses the performances of two nutrient analyzers which are funded by the National High Technology Research and Development Program of China( "863" Program) "the Research Development of Real-time Monitoring Techniques and Early Warning Systems for Harmful Algal Bloom". The performance parameters include detection range, accuracy, precision and detection limits, which all meet the requirements in the Yangtze River estuary. The agreements between each nutrient analyzer and the standard method results are measured with the Bland-Altman Agreement Method, and it is found that there are very good agreements between the two methods. It is sure that the detection results of the two nutrient analyzers are equivalent to those of the standard method.
