摘要
虽然竞争上岗已在公安机关人才选拔中被广泛应用,但是随之出现的问题也日益凸显,需要对公安机关竞争上岗制度存在的问题进行梳理,通过大力宣传竞争上岗制度、科学量化资格审查、加强考官的管理和监督、应用评价中心技术、加强任前培训和绩效管理等措施,完善化公安机关竞争上岗工作。
Although job competition is widely used in police agencies for selection of talents, problems concerned arise. It is necessary to clarify them. Only by publicizing the system, examining qualifications in the scientific quantitative way, strictly controlling and supervising examiners, applying techniques of evaluation centers, strengthening pre-promotion training and performance management and etc can the lob competition system be reinforced.
