跨境电信诈骗犯罪除了具有一般电信诈骗犯罪的欺骗性和隐蔽性特点,还具有跨境犯罪的特殊性,公安机关在赃款追缴工作方面难度较大。为了更好保护人民群众财产安全,创造良好的社会环境,在打击与防范此类犯罪过程中,职能部门要不断加强对电信、金融等行业的监管,公安机关要把加强跨境侦查协作工作作为打击此类犯罪的重要举措。
