见义勇为、匡扶正义,是构建和谐社会的重要内容。现阶段各地的见义勇为工作正处在摸索发展之中,急需借助新时期深化社会治理和推进平安建设的契机,通过夯实三项工作基础、制定四项规范标准、完善五项运作机制,着力提升工作水平。

Good Samaritans and taking up cudgels for a just cause are important components of harmonious society. At the present social phase, this work is under the way and exploration and we should seize the chance of deepening social governance and promoting security development in the new era, make four standardizations, perfect five operation mechanisms and improve work standards by the means of laying solid foundations of three main tasks.
