经编疝修补片工艺参数对其刚柔性的影响

Influence of warp-knitted hernia mesh's process parameters on its flexural rigidity

探讨三种结构经编疝修补片编织过程中牵拉密度对其纵向、横向及45°方向抗弯刚度的影响,并拟合出牵拉密度对纵向抗弯刚度的变化曲线,分析影响经编疝修补片刚柔性的主要因素,并结合医生对经编疝修补片的主观评价,确定合适的指标,用以评价经编疝修补片的刚柔性,明确经编疝修补片的设计方向。

The influences of draw-off densities during three kinds of structures＇ warp-knitted hernia meshes＇ knitting processes on the flexural rigidity of vertical, horizontal and 45°direction, were discussed. The draw-off densities to the flexural rigidity＇ curves were simulated, and the main factors influenced on warp-knitted hernia meshes＇ flexural rigidity were analyzed. Then combining with doctor＇s subjective evaluation, appropriate indexes were used to evaluate flexural rigidity and confirm design direction of warp-knitted hernia meshes.
