摘要
为研究陶瓷基编织复合材料的疲劳性能,从细观层面出发,提出了一种CVI工艺制造的C/SiC陶瓷基平纹编织复合材料细观单胞简化模型,对宏细观关联规律进行了探讨,建立考虑细观结构及性能的宏观损伤演化方程,并利用材料标准实验件实验数据对损伤演化方程参数进行拟合。最终对材料刚度及疲劳损伤寿命进行了预估并与实验结果进行对比。
In order to research the fatigue properties of ceramic matrix composites, the paper proposes a simplified unit cell model for the advanced C/SiC ceramic matrix composites fabricated by CVI process. Based on the mesoseopie level, the principle of correlation of macroscopic and mesoscopic is studied. In addition, the macroscopic damage evolution equation is set up considering of the mesoscopic structure and the mesoscopic performance of ceramic matrix. Then the experimental data of standard test pieces can be used to obtain the parameters in damage evolution equation. Finally, the fatigue life and stiflhess of ceramic matrix composites has carried on the forecast which illustrate the effectiveness of the equation proposed in this paper comparing with the experimental results.
