摘要
LED的散热性能对其寿命有重要的影响,而现阶段LED的散热器设计很多依靠的是经验值。针对这一问题,文章提出一种散热器的优化设计方法。该方法首先基于大量实验数据研究了散热器翅片单一因素对散热性能的影响,然后运用正交试验法,综合分析了各因素对散热性能的影响程度,最终得到了翅片参数的最优水平组合。最后利用此方法,设计了一款新的散热器,实验表明该LED灯源芯片温度比优化前降低了6℃,并计算了优化后翅片的效率达到98.63%。
LED heat dissipation performance has a crucial effect on their life. However,many radiator design meth-ods of LED still rely on experience value at this stage. To address this problem,a kind of optimization design meth-od of the radiator is presented. Firstly,the radiator fin single factor effect on the performance of heat dissipation is studied based on a large number of experimental data. Secondly,the impact of various factors is comprehensively an-alysed on cooling performance with the orthogonal experiment. Finally,the optimal level combination of the fin pa-rameters is obtained. At last,a new radiator was designed based on this method. And the experimental results indi-cate that the temperature of the LED light source chip reduces 6 ℃ after optimization,the efficiency of the opti-mized fin reached 98.63%.
