市场社会:推动东北老工业基地振兴的新思路

New Way to Promote the Revitalization of Old Industrial Base in Northeast China

东北老工业基地在历史上曾经创造过令世人瞩目的辉煌成就,但改革开放以来的发展却相对滞后,这一问题主要产生于引入市场经济以求完成社会转型的发展过程之中,因此设想解决方案不能忽视了对市场、政府和社会三者之间辩证关系的分析。市场社会是市场、政府与社会三者各司其职的相对静止的和谐状态,通过对市场社会及其内涵要素间的辩证关系的分析可以发现,市场社会理念对老工业基地的发展提出了三项要求:深化市场化改革、加强依法治国与重塑利益观念,这为推动东北老工业基地的振兴提供了新的思路。

Northeast Old Industrial Base has created the brilliant achievements in history . But since the reform and opening up, it is relatively backward than that of other areas in China. When finding the solution ,it is necessary for us to consider the dialectical relationship between the market, the government and the society. Market society is the harmonious state of the market, the government and the society, Through the analysis of the dialectical relationship among the elements of market society, it can be found that three requirements for the development of the old industrial base are put forward by the idea of market society： deepening market reform, strengthen the rule of law, and reshaping the concept of interest. This provides a new way to promote the revitalization of the northeast old industrial base.
