IPO注册制改革下的监管转型探究

Securities Regulatory Transformation Under the Reform of Registration System

2015年12月9日国务院常务会议通过了关于我国施行股票发行注册制改革的方案,并将于两年内实施。这意味着我国已经进入了注册制的时代。然而目前我国的监管环境及监管体制还不太适应注册制,监管转型势在必行。因此,在注册制与核准制进行比较分析的基础上为IPO注册制改革下的监管转型提出相关建议,对我国未来注册制的发展具有一定的现实意义。

The reform of stock issue registration system was passed through in the executive meeting of the State Council on December 9,2015, and this project will be carried out within two years. This reform implies that our country has stepped into the age of registered system. However, China＇s current regulatory system is not very suitable for registration system, so the regulatory transformation is imperative for China . Based on the comparative analysis of the registration system and the approval system of the IPO. we put some suggestions concerning the future development of China＇s registration system.
