高校思政课教师职业倦怠现象成因探析与疏解策略 被引量:2

摘要 由于思想政治理论课教学的的特殊性,导致高校思政课教师或多或少存在着职业倦怠现象,高校思政课教师的精神状态直接影响思想政治理论课教学的实效性,进而影响大学生的健康成才,影响党和政府的意识形态工作大局。因此,深入剖析高校思政课教师职业倦怠产生的内在成因,并提出行之有效的疏解策略,在当前形势下深具理论和现实意义。
