二氧化碳驱封窜技术降本节能研究

摘要 前期用于治理大庆油田CO_2驱试验区气窜问题的泡沫封窜技术由于成本过高,未能进行大规模推广应用。科研人员通过优选泡沫剂与稳泡用的弱凝胶,形成了低成本的凝胶泡沫,通过实验对优选出的泡沫剂及弱凝胶的耐酸性、耐温性的评价,最终确定了凝胶泡沫配方。该体系基液黏度8~12 m Pa·s;成胶时间3~7 d可控;发泡体积550 m L;泡沫半衰期60 d以上。在提高体系性能的基础上,成功地将泡沫体系的单方液成本降低了60%,并实现了单井节约用水1000 m^3;单井节约用电50400 k Wh;单井节约CO_2 1000 L。 In the early stage, the foam regulating profile technology is used to control breakthrough of carbon dioxide in the CO_2 flooding test area of Daqing oilfield. But the technology failed to carry out large-scalepopularization and application because of higher cost. The gel-foam with lower cost has been developed by optimizing the foam agent and gel for foam stable. The foamed gel formula can be determined finally by evaluating the resistance and temperature tolerance of optimized foam agent and gel. The base fluid viscosity of this system is 8~12 m Pa·s, the gel time is 3~7 d(controllable), the foam volume is 550 ml, the half-time of foam is more than 60 d. 1000 m^3 of water per well, 50400 k Wh of electric power and 1000 L of carbon dioxide can be saved per well.
