抽油机井系统效率优化设计软件在油田开发中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 在油井生产过程中,为了达到抽油机井节能降耗、提高系统效率的目的,应用了抽油机井系统效率优化设计软件,通过建立抽油机动态仿真模型,产能预测的仿真分析计算,进一步实现抽油机的优化设计。经现场应用100口井验证,平均单井冲速降低2.6 min^(-1),产液量增加2.5 t/d,最大载荷降低7.32 k N,最小载荷上升2.83 k N,单井消耗功率降低1.90 k W,系统效率提高8.10百分点,节电率28.78%,节能降耗效果显著。 In the process of oil well production, in order to achieve energy-saving & consumption-reducing for rod pumped well and improve the efficiency of the system, the simulation analysis for productivity prediction can be calculated by establishing a dynamic simulation model for oil pumping unit, the optimal design for oil pumping unit can be realized by using the optimal design soft ware for the system efficiency of rod pumped well.100 wells have been verified in site. 2.6 min^(-1) of stroke time for single well can be reduced averagely. 2.5 t/d of producing fluid volume can be increased, 7.32 k N of the maximum load can be reduced, 2.83 k N of the minimum load can be risen, 1.90 k W of consumed power for single well can be reduced, the system efficiency has been increased by 8.10%, the power-saving rate is 28.78%, the effect of energy-saving & consumption-reducing is remarkable.
