摘要
针对油田三相异步电动机存在能耗高、效率低的问题,在某采油厂现场应用混合磁阻电动机。通过油井周期载荷系数计算混合磁阻电动机的效率,给出不同装机功率下混合磁阻电动机负载率与效率变化关系,有效指导了现场的匹配。试验表明,与异步电动机相比,混合磁阻电动机的启动力矩大,降载效果好,装机功率可下降50%,可有效降低有功消耗,平均有功节电率达到14.75%。
Because of higher energy-consumption and inefficiency for three-phase induction motor, variable reluctance(VR) motor has been used in oil production plant. According to different loading power, the relationship between load rate and efficiency of VR motor is given by calculating electric efficiency of VR motor under distinct periodic load factor. Compared with induction motors, starting torque of VR motor is larger,electrical energy can be reduced by 50%, 14.75% of active power can be effectively reduced.
