喇嘛甸油田多举措控制机采井检泵率 被引量:1

摘要 喇嘛甸油田综合含水率为大庆油田之最,目前,该油田综合含水率高达95%以上,让开发已久的喇嘛甸油田成为稳产难度大、检泵率高等难题集聚区。为确保稳产、降低检泵率,该油田构建起"大联合"攻关模式,专门成立检泵率控制联合攻关组,通过制定强化过程管控、完善技术配套、推进技术交流多举措控制机采井检泵率,提高整体开发效果。历经11个多月的实践与摸索,喇嘛甸油田控制检泵率联合攻关取得显著效果,截至目前,机采井检泵率控制在23.4%,同比下降3.4%,节约成本1500多万元。 The comprehensive water cut of Lamadian oilfield is more than 95%, which is the highest of the whole Daqing oilfield. That makes Lamadian oil field become a problems accumulation area of poor rate maintenance capability and higher pump inspection rate. In order to ensure the stabilized production and decrease the pump inspection rate, the 'grand coalition' research mode is built up and the pump inspection rate control research team is set up in Lamadian oilfield. The pump inspection rate can be controlled and the effect of overall development can be improved in Lamadian oilfield by enhancing procedure control, improving technology mating and advancing technical exchange. After 11 months of practice and exploration, Lamadian oilfield has obtained significant effects at controlling pump inspection rate, so far, the pump inspection rate is controlled within 23.4%,fells 3.4% year-on-year, and more than 1500×10~4 Yuan of cost can be saved.
