Research on the Resource Sharing of Historical Archives Under the "Internet Plus" Mode

"互联网+"模式下历史档案资源共享是档案管理研究的热点之一。主要从查询史料的效率,档案信息的传播速度、范围和普及程度,促进历史史料的完善等四个方面出发,提出建立"互联网+"模式下历史档案资源共享平台存在的关键性问题,最终针对这些问题给出积蓄人才、合作共赢和突出特色等应对策略,为实现"互联网+"模式下历史档案资源共享奠定理论基础。

Under the ＂Intemet Plus＂ mode, the historical archives resource sharing is one of the hot topics in the research of archives management. In this paper, we mainly focus on three aspects： efficiency of inquiring historical data, the spreading speed, range and the popularizing degree of archives information, and improvement of completing the historical data. Thus, the key problems in the establishment of historical archives resources sharing platform under the ＂Intemet Plus＂ mode are raised, and coping strategies aiming to solve the problems are proposed, such as saving talents, cooperation and win-win and highlighting characteristics. It will lay a theoretical foundation for the realization of the historical archives resources sharing under the ＂internet Plus＂ mode.
