The Unit 731 was a confidential force of bacteria ordered to set up by the emperor of Japan. Ever since its founding, it took the ＂pioneer missions＂ of bacteria research, production, experiment and warfare. It openly violated international law, breached medical ethics by using human beings alive as bacteria test materials, dissecting and vivisecting the living people cruelly. ＂Special transfer＂ is an essential source of human experiment materials,also an important step of the kanto gendarmerie sending the living humans to the Unit 731 as human experiment materials
