档案服务工作是档案工作的主要内容。创新档案服务工作机制,就是通过各种途径主动了解用户需求,分析用户类型及需求结构,不断发现问题,不断创新服务理念、服务方式、服务领域。在新形势下,如何摒旧创新,变被动为主动,积极探索档案服务新模式,是档案事业深化改革的核心议题之一。
