高职“园艺”专业学生师资培养现状及标准构建思考

Thoughts on situation and standards construction of secondary vocational teachers of “horticulture” in higher vocational education

针对国内外职业教育的师资培养现状进行分析,以内蒙古农业大学职业技术学院的《园艺》专业师资培养工作建设为基础,对《园艺》专业师资标准构建和制定进行深入探讨,并对《园艺》专业课程资源建设和实训基地建设进行思考和论述。

The current situation of domestic and foreign vocational education teachers＇ training was analyzed. Based on the ＂horticulture＂ professional teacher training work of Vocational and Technical College of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, the professional standards of teacher standards construction and formulation were discussed, and the professional curriculum resources construction and training base construction were thought and discussed.
