地方农林院校创业教育的实践与探索——以山西农业大学为例

Practice and Exploration of Entrepreneurship Education in Local Agricultural and Forestry Universities:a Case of Shanxi Agricultural University

众创时代,高校创新创业教育备受关注。农林院校作为我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,在农林院校中开展创新创业教育,是适应时代发展的客观要求,对于推动我国高等农业教育、促进农业现代化发展、培养农业科技人才以及带动更多学生创业就业等具有重要的意义。山西农业大学积极响应国家大众创业、万众创新的号召,立足区域发展实际,结合学校特色优势,在创新创业教育实践中先后实施了"创业意识培育工程""创业能力提升工程"和"创业条件帮扶工程",取得了显著的成效。实践证明,地方农林院校在开展创业教育过程中,必须加强顶层设计,突出创业教育的重要性;必须协调多方力量,注重创业教育的实践性;必须改革现有模式,提升创业教育的内涵性。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is popular in colleges and universities. As an important part of our country＇s higher education system,agriculture and forestry universities play a pivotal role in opening innovation and entrepreneurship education to meet the objective requirements of the development of the times for promoting higher agricultural education and agricultural modernization,training agricultural science and technology talents and driving more students to seek entrepreneurship and employment in China. Responding to mass entrepreneurship and innovation actively,based on regional development and combing the special advantages of colleges,Shanxi Agricultural University got significant achievements in entrepreneurial consciousness project,entrepreneurship promotion project and enterprise assistance project during the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education. It is concluded that during the process of enterprise education in local agricultural and forestry colleges,we must strengthen top- level design to highlight the importance of entrepreneurship education,coordinate multiple efforts to focus on enterprise education,reform the existing mode to enhance the connotation of enterprise education.
