就业质量研究述评——以我国农民工为例

A Review of Previous Studies on Employment Quality

随着经济的高速发展和社会结构的转型,掩盖在就业数量问题之下的就业质量问题逐渐得到社会的关注。学者对就业质量的内涵、就业质量的指标体系、影响就业质量的相关因素、提高就业质量的对策等方面均进行了广泛研究。以我国农民工为例,通过对现有文献较为系统的述评,总结并提出未来关于就业质量研究可能呈现的发展趋势,对我国就业质量的提升有着重要意义。

With the rapid economy development and social structure transition,the issues of employment quality concealed under the problems of employment quantity gradually become the concern of the public. Scholars have performed extensive studies on the connotation of employment quality,employment quality index system,the related factors of employment and the measures to improve employment quality. Through the systematic review of existing literature and summary,this study summarized and put forward that study on employment quality may present in development trends in the future,which is significant to improving employment quality in China.
