摘要
创业已成为时代发展的主旋律之一,加强人力资源管理、促进创业团队的建设与发展是创业成功的关键。基于创业团队中人力资源管理的现状以及所面临的挑战,应充分授权、建立畅通的信息沟通渠道、激励多元化、注重构建合作文化等来加强人力资源管理。
Entrepreneurship has become one of the main themes of the time. Strengthening the HRM to promote the construction and development of the entrepreneurial team is the key to the success of the venture. It analyses the present situation and challenges of HRM in the entrepreneurial team and discusses the response options of HRM from four angles: full authority, establishing a smooth communication channel, diversification of incentive, and paying attention to the construction of cooperative culture.
