"爱国"是社会主义核心价值观的基本内容,在互联网信息时代,建设网络美丽中国是每个公民的责任,文明上网与网络爱国是辩证统一的关系。本文从"个体与整体"的哲学线索出发,论证爱国的本质是个体与整体的统一,不文明上网是不爱国的表现,特别是倡议网络时代的爱国应该从文明上网开始,这需要政府、公民、媒体等各司其职共同营造文明上网的爱国氛围。

＂Patriotism＂ is the basic content of the core socialist values. In the era of Internet information, building a beautiful network China is the responsibility of every citizen, and getting online with civilityand network patriotismis a dialectical unity. Starting from philosophy clues of the ＂individual and the whole＂, this paper demonstratesthat the essence of patriotism is the unity of the individual and the whole, and that uncivilized online behavior is considered unpatriotic. Particularly, we propose that patriotic performance should start from getting online civilized in Network Era, which needs the total help of the government, citizens, media and other departments to create a civilized Internet patriotic atmosphere.
