A Study on the Role Models of the Party Members among College Students at the New Stage

发挥大学生党员的模范带头作用一直是高校党建工作的重点,针对当前大学生党员作用发挥过程中存在的入党前后的表现反差明显、服务意识淡漠、奉献精神不够、入党动机存在偏差等问题,可采取优化构建大学生党员教育培训机制、强化大学生党员的教育管理工作、构建大学生党员作用发挥的活动平台和实践机制、建立健全大学生党员模范作用发挥的考核监督和激励机制等办法加以解决。

Playing the model leading role of Party members among college students has been the key to Party construction work at college. In allusion to the college student Party menmbers＇ problems of before-after admission sharp contrast,weak awareness of service,lack of utter devotion spirit,impure motivation to join the Party,Such countermeasures can be taken so as to fully play the model role of Party members among college students as optimizing training institutions,intensifying management,establishing platforms for students＇ activities and mechanism for practice,perfecting systems of assessnent,supervision,and motivatin,etc.
