摘要
文章基于《海绵城市建设技术指南—低影响开发雨水系统构建(试行)》,尝试构建控规层面的海绵城市技术导则。该导则总体上包括空间控制和指标控制两大内容,其中空间控制包含四大类分区和四种设施要素管控方式,指标控制分为整体控制指标和建设技术指标两个部分。文章对上述内容的逻辑关系、常见取值、分析因素、计算方式和表达形式等进行分析,并结合武汉某地区的实例展开探讨,形成完整图则,以供参考和讨论。
Based on 〈sponge city construction guidelines-low impact development rainwater system construction〉, the paper tries to set up a sponge city regulatory planning. The guideline includes four major zoning and spatial control indices. The indices include general and technical indices. The paper analyzes the logic relation, common number, analytical elements, calculation method, and expression form, and discusses the content with a Wuhan case.
