社会资本作为获取社会网络资源与凝聚社区效能的重要行动要素,对于我国乡村地区的发展与治理具有重要的作用。本文基于社会资本的视角,以广东省新兴县龙山塘村为实证案例,主要采用田野调查与深度访谈的研究方法,探讨了在广东省推动农村宜居建设实践中乡村社会资本的重塑、对于乡村规划与乡村宜居建设的经验及挑战,以期丰富我国的乡村社会资本理论与乡村规划建设实践。

As the important element which getting the social network resource and gathering the community efifciency, social capital is has the important function to the development and governance of China’s vilage. In the social capital view, the paper takes Longshantang vilage of Xinxing county, Guangdong province as an example, uses the ifeldwork and depth interview, discuss the experience and chalenge about the remodeling of social capital, rural planning, and livable building, offers some suggestion to China’s rural planning and building.
