铁路因其在交通运输中的重要作用及脆弱的抗风险能力,不仅被恐怖分子锁定为首选的袭击目标,更是恐怖分子"迁徙"参加"圣战"的重要通道。当前,铁路公安机关应深刻认识铁路反恐怖形势的严峻性和反恐怖情报工作的紧迫性,从战略上谋划铁路反恐怖情报工作,充分发挥情报在铁路反恐防范工作中的主导作用,全面提升铁路反恐防范工作水平。

Railway is important in transportation while weak in risk resistance capacity, so it is not only the first attacking aim of terrorists but also the main channel for them to ＂migrate＂ to take part in ＂Jihad＂. At present, railway police departments should recognize the severity and urgency of anti-terrorismintelligence work, make strategic plans about the work and give intelligence full play in the work, so as to improve comprehensively the railway defense of anti-terrorism.
