摘要
智能视频监控是由采集视频,视频分析,监控端口组合而成的。系统关键技术是对运动目标进行数据处理。该技术目前主要运用方向可分为安防类应用和非安防类应用两方面,文章主要介绍该技术在安防领域的应用。
Intelligent video surveillance is made up of the collected video, video analysis and monitoring port. The key technology of the system is the data processing of moving objects.
