摘要
目的:通过分析明尼苏达工作满意度量表,了解护士工作满意度,为医院护理管理者制定稳定护士队伍的有效措施、提高护士工作满意度、建立临床护理人才可持续发展的长效机制提供科学的依据。方法:采用整群抽样,抽取笔者所在医院的329名护士为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷和明尼苏达工作满意度量表进行调查。结果:护士对工作最满意的方面包括道德价值、管理者决策能力;对工作最不满意的方面包括职位劳动强度、薪酬、晋升的机会。结论:护理管理者应为护士创造更多的提升和发展机会,增加护理人力投入,合理安排护理工作量与时间分配,减轻护士工作强度,提高护士薪酬,从而提高护士工作满意度。
I Objective: By analyzing the Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire, understanding the job satisfaction of nurses, the effective measures for the hospital nursing managers to make the effective measures to improve the nurses' job satisfaction, and to establish a long-term mechanism to provide scientific basis for the sustainable development of clinical nursing personnel.Method: Used the cluster sampling method, 329 nurses from the author's hospital were selected as the research objects, the general data questionnaire and Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire were used to investigate.Result: The most satisfying aspects of nurses' job satisfaction included moral value, managerial decision making ability.The most unsatisfactory aspects of the work, including the position of labor intensity, salary, promotion opportunities.Conclusion: Nursing administrators should be for nurses to create more opportunities for promotion and development, increase the input of nursing manpower, reasonable arrangements for the nursing workload and time allocation, reduce the working intensity of nurses, improve the nurses' pay and to improve the job satisfaction of nurses.
