摘要
新建山西中南部铁路通道是我国第一条采用300 kN轴重设计的重载铁路,开展实车重载试验研究是检验其运营性能是否满足重载运输要求的有效方法。本文针对该线用量最大的跨度32 m双线预应力混凝土简支梁,选择2座典型工点桥梁开展了300 kN轴重重载列车不同工况作用下的计算分析和静动力参数测试,以系统地掌握梁体的应力、挠度、振幅、振动加速度、动力系数、横向活载分配系数等受力状态。试验结果表明,桥梁运营性能满足300 kN轴重试验列车要求。研究成果可为后续结构设计优化和运营测试提供参考,并为我国重载铁路桥梁发展提供技术支撑。
Newly built Shanxi Central South Railway is the first heavy haul railway in China with 300 kN axial design load. Field test is an necessary approach to assess whether the bridge operation performance satisfies heavy haul transport requirements. The research studied the performance of 32 m double-line prestressed concrete girder, the longest prestressed concrete simple span bridge in this railway. Two typical bridge was selectred for dynamic and static tests loaded with 300 kN heavy haul wagons in different operation conditions and stress, deflection, amplitude, acceleration, dynamic coefficient and lateral live load distribution factor were analyzed. The test results show the bridge operation performance satisfies 300 kN axial load test requirements. The research may be useful for railway operation test and optimization of bridge design, contributing to heavy haul railway bridge development in China.
