摘要
铁路运输行业的发展对于事关行车安全的铁路桥梁管理、检查、养护维修、大修加固、技术检定等方面提出了更高的要求,尤其对于特大、异型桥梁和电气化铁路桥梁,其养护工作更加需要专业的维修设备。本文针对山西中南部铁路通道钢桁梁桥桥群的具体结构共性和检修要求,在对现有几种桥梁维修设备比较分析的基础上,阐述了该线桥梁检修技术难点,同时考虑维修方案工作范围、安全性、可操作性、成本控制等诸多因素,提出了适用于山西中南部铁路通道钢桁梁维修的设备方案并对主要部件加以检算,为维修工作的顺利实施奠定了基础。
The rapid development of railway construction demands better management, inspecuon, maintenance, heavy repair and reinforcement and technical verification of railway bridges. In particular ,the extra-large and special shaped railway bridges and the bridges on electrified railway lines require dedicated maintenance equipment. An integrated maintenance equipment plan was proposed for the group of steel truss bridges on Shanxi Central South Railway and based on their common structure and maintenance requirements. The difficulties in repair and maintenance of the bridges on this line were addressed through the comparison of their maintenance equipment. The factors including operation scope, security, operability and cost control were considered. Calculation of the key components was suggested.
